Music reflects an artist's personality and experiences. As a Brazilian influenced by soft rock and blues, I initially felt disconnected from my cultural roots. However, I've learned that culture is personal and unique. My music embodies this beautiful complexity, standing apart from the standardized sounds of genre-labeled music, and I take pride in that.
My Story
Andre Correa is a talented multi-instrumentalist who plays Piano, Bass, Drums, and primarily focuses on the Guitar. With his Brazilian music roots, he brings a fresh and flavor to jazz that truly stands out. He holds a degree in music and is currently finishing his final semester at Berklee College of Music, which is quite an achievement!
In addition to being an amazing performer, Andre is passionate about teaching and sharing his love for with others. His deep understanding of music shines through in his compositions, which are rich intricate harmonies and meaningful themes. He’s also developed courses and authored books that have positively impacted music students worldwide. Through his artistry and teaching, Andre Cor is making a significant mark and inspiring the next generation of musicians!
